From today onwards, Addemar has some more extra features. Here is a short overview:
1. Social media link
Social media is here to stay, as well as sharing messages. When you create a message in your WYSIWG editor in Addemar, you can add a social media link (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Mobile info
Smartphones are 'in'. It is very likely that your mailing will be read on such a smartphone, instead of via the classical pc way. In 'Evaluate' you can see how many people have used their Blackberry or Iphone. This is very valuable information when you communicate with your contacts.
3. Reloading the content for launched items
It happens to everyone: you launch a mailing, you have tested it and still you notice an error in your email or launch page. It is possible to launch the online version again, without any errors. This is only possible for the online version. In the sent email that will end up in the inbox, the error will always remain.
4. Change links after launching
After the launch, you can change links. This can be an advantage in many ways. An example: you have a promotion going that is valid during a few days. When the promotion is not valid anymore, you can send the visitors to another 'you have missed the promotion' page.
5. Link tagging
You can hang words (tags) on a certain link. In the 'Evaluate' section you will then find which words were the most popular in your mailing so you will know what link works best.
6. Save as template
You can also save your own creations as a template. The advantage of this is that you can decide which parts of your creation should not be changed and which ones should. This is especially handy when more people need to use that creation.
7. Text version of the html email
Because of spam rules, it is necessary to always send a text version with a campaign. This can now be done automatically in Addemar. During the launch, you can ask Addemar to create a text version. You can obviously change this version or make one yourself.
8. 'Not opened' policy
In Addemar you have the responsibility to define your own ‘bounced’ policy via ‘My Account.’ That way, bouncers will automatically be unsubscribed after a certain amount of time. This is also a possibility for contacts that have not opened the mailing for an x amount of time.
9. Campaign report
Instead of always having to look in Addemar what the results of your campaign are, you can request to receive an email with the results.
10. Free access with even more features
There are already many features available in Addemar, but not all of them are standardly activated, although free: dynamic content, recurrent mailings, google tracking, ... Now you can activate them yourself in 'My Account'.
SOME EXTRA'S:
- Contact data can be added too so that this person will always receive the Addemar service announcements in his/her inbox
- Just like with the general unsubscribers list, you can now also request who unsubscribed themselves for the subscription lists
- You can add a print tag in your email or landing page
- Skip the Captcha when logging in? This is only possible through a fixed IP in 'My Account'
- The preview overlay does not only show which links were most popular, you can also see who clicked where
- For an abnormal spread of the launch time, you will receive a warning
- You can pause a recurrent campaign and restart it again
- Performance of launching is heightened again plus certain bugs have been solved
- The web services is now even more extensive
- For the ones with a Drupal website: an Addemar plug-in exists (free) to synchronize lists
