Overview
In the Overview section, you can review an online version of your campaign, export your evaluation data to Excel, CSV, XML, or PDF, and also look at more detailed information as described below.
General Report
In the General Report, you see general information like how many emails were sent, how many were delivered, how many were opened, and how many recipients followed the link to your site. These data are compared to a benchmark, so that you can see how well your campaign is performing.
Comparison Report
The Comparison Report compares the campaigns within your Addemar account, so that you can identify the most successful ones.
Preview Overlay
The Preview Overlay shows how your campaign looks, including information about your links - for example, the total number of unique clicks per link - so that you can see which links do best.
Interactivity Report
The Interactivity Report shows detailed information about how your contacts responded to your campaign: how fast your email was opened, how quickly the links were followed, whether any contacts reported your message as spam, and whether contacts have unsubscribed from your mailing list as a result of this campaign.
Deliverability Report
The Deliverability Report presents an overview of the delivery information. It shows how many messages were not delivered due to temporary or permanent errors, with errors divided into a number of bounce categories. You can note and isolate the contacts to whom delivery failed and see your bounce policy, which lets Addemar automatically handle undelivered messages.
