Overtime is organised once a month and the registration is accomplished online, where Addemar plays an important role. The invitations for Overtime are sent with Addemar. Beside that, Addemar has worked out a registration confirmation system for Overtime: every Overtime-participant automatically receives a unique email with a personalised barcode. The barcode allows the participant to enter the event and he or she will automatically be registered.

In two years Overtime grew into a popular trend in Limburg (Belgium) and became the biggest after-work party in Belgium. It is the missing between companies, employees and consumers, Socializing and trafficking in a relaxed environment, the ideal combination from business & pleasure. Every third Wednesday of the month – from 6 pm until 12 am – the Overtime event is taking place in Versuz in Hasselt. Overtime targets on employees, staff members and independents from 25 years old and therefore works together with the Voka-people. In the business lounge, interested members and relations are assembled.
