In Addemar® Retail Solution, each user decides whom each message is sent to, how and when.
You manage your contacts online in Addemar® via the list manager. That way you can segment your email database as much as you like and divide it up dynamically into various lists of contacts. It is also simple to import your existing customer database into the list manager function. Synchronising your CRM package or website is also possible with Addemar®.

With Addemar® you can personalise every single email. You can enter all of the details you want in the list manager and also add extra information per contact.
Addemar® also gives you a Launch Wizard that enables you to put together an email campaign and prepare it for sending at a time chosen by you and the basis of a scenario defined by you. When the validation function is activated in the Addemar® Retail Solution, your campaign is first submitted to the master for approval.
