Communication under control

The Addemar^® Retail Solution enables you to keep a close eye on things as the main user at all times. You have total control over:

As the main user, you can create and delete accounts yourself. It’s also easy for you to create different users in each account who are all given their own login. You can also give these users certain limited rights, so that they can only view the campaign results, for example, but not create any new communication.

You also have full control over the house style used. You define yourself which templates each account can use, and you can also restrict the extent to which these templates can be adjusted. That way you can be sure that everyone is communicating in the same way without the freedom of restricting each account.

Finally, you can also activate validation in the Addemar^® Retail Solution. When you opt for this feature, all campaigns to be sent out are submitted to you for approval as the main user. You have your own validation menu in which you can view all campaigns, as well as adjust, approve or reject them.
